Preconception, Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum Doula Services and Support

As your Doula, I will work by your side during your pregnancy, as you prepare to give birth and after to help you ease into your new life; present in each moment, providing you with unconditional support and empathy for whatever you will be going through.

As a Doula, I offer full emotional and physical support, with advice and tips tailored to your needs. However I will under no circumstances offer to perform or perform any medical act, whether it is during pregnancy, birth or postpartum. Should you need a midwife, I will be more than happy to advise on one that would suit you.

My Story

How I Got Here

My story I believe begins in childhood when I was lucky enough to be included and educated about women by my mother. Already at 6 years old, I was very excited to get my period, develop into a woman, and one day carry, and birth my child. During my entire life, my biggest dream has been to become a mother, and have a family of my own. 9 years ago, I had the privilege of being invited to follow my sister's journey during pregnancy, the birth of her baby and a postpartum in which I have been included ever since. This experience opened my eyes further on the huge meaning, impact and importance pregnancy and birth have for anyone who goes through it. In 2018, I am grateful to have travelled around Europe and see what was out there. Even during that time, I was pulled like a magnet to mothers, mothers to be and babies. And finally I made the decision to get trained as a doula. I am French, but my 10 years in London has left me a need to always keep a connection to the English language, and so I searched a training that could fulfil this need. I found the amazing Jesse Remer from Mother Tree Birth that luckily travels all around the world to pass on her knowledge. I am now a DONA trained Birth and Postpartum Doula. And as I want to always have more depth in the way I can help, I have graduated in 2019 in psychology at degree level. My goal is to be the person for you that will think of your needs at all times, empathise and accept whatever you may be feeling without judgement, understand and be present emotionally and physically for you, your partner and your family.  That is why, after 10 years of practicing NVC( Non Violent Communication), I have finally chosen to train to support you in acquiring the tools that this wonderful process can bring in order to increase connection with ourselves and others.

And in the meantime, I had the life changing experience of becoming a mother in the flesh in 2021, this pregnancy, the birth and every minute that has followed since allows me every day to consolidate my trust in women, in babies and humans in general.

I am available, with all my love and experience to reach you and your family in the Geneva area, all the way to Annecy.

My Services

How can I help you?

Hand on Bump

Prenatal Visits

I always begin our relationship with a 2 hours appointment, in order for us to get to know each other. The aim of this meeting is to find out what you are looking for and whether I could be the right person to help. After that, you take some time to think and let me know if we embark on this wonderful journey together. From then on, if we choose to work together, I am fully committed to you and your wellbeing. This implies that I will ensure that you are doing well emotionally and physically. I am also here to ensure that your environment is the best it can be, so I will want to see to your partner and children too. Although I may not have all the answers to your many questions, I am here to make sure that you know everything you need to, and I achieve that by collaborating and working closely with other professionals that could be helpful to you.

Postpartum Support

You have just undergone a huge event in your life. Until the birth, everyone and anyone was fussing about you, and around your beautiful round belly, but since you are back home if you birthed in a hospital or Birthing Center, or since the first few hours after delivery if you gave birth at home, you may have noticed a change in the attitudes of others around you, and of course in yourself. As your doula, I am here exclusively for you. Whatever your circumstances I am aware that life will no longer be the same. And I am here to ensure the transition from before to after goes as smoothly as possible. I am available for Postpartum Support up to 3 months after the birth, and as we meet, we can organise a schedule that fits us both.
